■展会概况| Exhibition Overview:
目前,中国薯类(甘薯、马铃薯)的种植面积和产量均居世界首位。但其加工比例相对较低,加工产业发展水平与国外发达国家相比还存在一定的差距。2017年中央一号文件提出:“积极推进传统主食工业化、规模化生产,大力发展方便食品、休闲食品、速冻食品、马铃薯主食产品”。农业部门印发《2018年种植业工作要点》,把推进马铃薯主食开发作为2018年种植业工作要点之一。到2020年,马铃薯种植面积扩大到1亿亩以上,适宜主食加工的品种种植比例达到30%,主食消费占马铃薯总消费量的30%以上。随着马铃薯主食产业化开发的推进,我国马铃薯主食产业发展前景广阔,预测到2025年,马铃薯营养主食消费需求达5000万吨;主食战略有望拉动马铃薯产量达2.2亿吨,约1亿吨用作主食加工,带动农产品加工业增值超3000亿元。

为丰富中国居民的营养膳食,有力促进中国薯类产品的消费,大幅提高薯类主食产品消费的比重,推动马铃薯和甘薯从杂粮副食转变为与三大主粮协调发展的第四大主粮。主办方全国食文化联盟与上海展窑展览将在上海举办"2021上海国际薯类产品及加工技术装备展览会暨中国马铃薯节(21potato Expo上海薯博会)",联袂“HCCE上海酒店餐饮展”、火锅美食文化节,邀请淀粉和薯类产品行业专家,为业内同仁打造一场总展出面积30000平方米,聚集全球优质展商及专业观众的薯类产品、马铃薯主食、淀粉及其衍生物、酒店及餐饮、食品、火锅、生鲜冷链、食品加工及包装机械的全产业链行业盛会!

▉参展程序| Exhibition Procedure:
参展条件:具有《营业执照》的相关行业企业。
1.填写《参展申请表》邮寄或传真至组织单位。展位执行 “先申请,先付款,先安排”的原则;
2.申请展位后一周内将参展费用[50%(订金)或全款]电汇或交至组织单位,余款在展会开幕前两个月付清。参展商在汇出各项费用后,请将银行汇款单传真至展会组织单位。
3.根据《参展商手册》妥善安排参展事宜(宾馆预定、展品运输、展位装修、展具租赁、现场翻译等)。

2.Within one week after the Booth ApplicationExhibitors will cost [50% (deposit) or full payment] by telegraphic transfer or pay to the organization the balance paid before in April 1 2021. After remitting the expenses the exhibitor will send the bank remittance email to the exhibition organization.
