展会概况 构建肉类产销新格局 共启高质量发展新征程 Build a new pattern of meat production and sales and jointly embark on a new journey of high-quality development
由商务部流通产业促进中心主办的"国际肉类产业博览会"历经北京、成都、银川等多届成功举办，已成为推动产业升级、促进全球贸易的核心平台。2026年，肉博会再度登陆国际消费中心城市--上海，与第17届上海国际餐饮食材展、第20届上海国际渔业博览会三展联动，打造具有影响力的国际肉类产业盛会。
The "International Meat Industry Expo" hosted by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce has been successfully held for many sessions in Beijing Chengdu Yinchuan and other places and has become a core platform for promoting industrial upgrading and facilitating global trade. In 2026 the Meat Expo will once again land in Shanghai an international consumption center city and will be linked with the 17th Shanghai International Catering Ingredients Exhibition and the 20th Shanghai International Fisheries Expo to create an influential international meat industry event.

参展范围 肉类及相关食品：肉食及成品、保鲜分割肉、生态有机肉食品、高端牛羊肉、清真肉类、家禽和禽蛋类产品、冷冻食品、人造及天然肠衣、食品添加剂、生鲜肉系列、休闲食品系列、酱卤系列、发酵肉制品系列、低温系列、速冻食品、火锅食材、调理食品、餐饮食材、人造肉植物蛋白等。
Meat and related foods：Meat and finished products fresh-keeping cut meat ecological organic meat products high-end beef and mutton halal meat poultry and egg products frozen food artificial and natural casings food additives fresh meat series snack food series sauce and braised meat series fermented meat products series low-temperature series quick-frozen food hot pot ingredients prepared food catering ingredients artificial meat and plant protein etc.
预制菜食材与成品：以全国预制菜产业上下游优质企业为主体，集中展示即食、即热、即烹产品，预制菜肴、预包装食品、预制菜原材料、调味品等。
Pre-prepared food ingredients and finished products：With high-quality enterprises from the upstream and downstream of the national ready-to-eat food industry as the main body it will showcase ready-to-eat ready-to-heat and ready-to-cook products ready-to-eat dishes prepackaged foods raw materials for ready-to-eat food condiments etc. in a centralized manner.
肉类加工技术及流通设备：着重展示国内外先进肉类加工技术和设备，包含屠宰分割、肉类加工、产品包装、检验检测、信息化技术及生鲜肉品储存、冷链配送、温控管理、冷库建设等，进一步提升肉品流通效率，满足品质消费需求。
Meat processing technology and circulation equipment：It will focus on showcasing advanced meat processing technologies and equipment both at home and abroad including slaughtering and cutting meat processing product packaging inspection and testing information technology as well as fresh meat storage cold chain distribution temperature control management and cold storage construction to further enhance the efficiency of meat circulation and meet the quality consumption demands.

*注：双面开口加收20%费用，每个标准展位中包括三面围板、地毯、 一桌二椅、二只射灯、220V电源插座一个。
*Note：An additional 20% will be charged for double-sided openings. Each standard booth includes three-sided partition boards carpet one table and two chairs two spotlights and one 220V power socket.

*注：36㎡起租，参展单位如租用光地，应另交30元/㎡的光地管理费且光地只提供参展空间、展馆内二十四小时保洁/保安，不包括展架、展具等。
*Note：The minimum rental area is 36 square meters. If exhibitors rent bare space they should pay an additional 30 yuan per square meter for bare space management. Bare space only provides exhibition space and 24-hour cleaning and security in the exhibition hall and does not include display stands exhibition equipment etc.
★技术交流讲座 新产品发布会及论坛活动每场30分钟/10000元
The new product launch and forum activities each last for 30 minutes and cost CNY 10000
▉参展程序:
1.填写《参展申请表》邮寄或传真至组织单位。展位执行 “先申请，先付款，先安排”的原则；
1.Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or fax it to the organizing unit. Booths follow the principle of "first application first payment first arrangement".
2.申请展位后一周内将参展费用[50%（订金）或全款]电汇或交至组织单位，余款于2026年8月1日前付清。参展商在汇出各项费用后，请将银行汇款单传真至展会组织单位。
2.Within one week after applying for a booth 50% （deposit） or the full amount of the exhibition fee should be remitted by telegraphic transfer or paid to the organizing unit. The remaining balance should be settled before August 1 2026. After remitting all the fees exhibitors are requested to fax the bank remittance slip to the exhibition organizing unit.
3.于2026年8月1日之前将企业中英文简介及广告文件（如有）以电子版本形式发送到展会组织单位，如需翻译请提前告知。
3.Please send the electronic versions of the company‘s Chinese and English profiles and advertising documents （if any） to the exhibition organizing unit before August 1 2026. If translation is required please inform us in advance.
4.根据《参展商手册》安排参展事宜（宾馆、运输、搭建、展具租赁、现场翻译等）。
4.Arrange exhibition matters （hotel transportation construction rental of exhibition equipment on-site translation etc.） in accordance with the "Exhibitor Manual".
